LED Stripe goes shortly on/off when changing cues. (DMX-512-Controller-Decoder-3-channell-LED-RGB-Stripe)

when changing from one cue to another my LED Stripe sometimes goes off and on.
the LED Stripe is connected with this controller:

Strange is, sometimes the LED Stripe stays on, when changing to another cue, and sometimes it goes off for a very short moment and then on again...
The chases of this LED Stripe have the same values from chase to chase.
When i change from cue to cue and watching the dmx output under "Output" -> "Show Output"
the dmx values sometimes resets themself for a short moment. that is, when the LED Stripe then goes on and off.
Is this a bug???
