I use many of them. What type of issues are you having and what OS are you using?

Im using windows 7 and my dmx pro goes into fault (green led on constant)
The dmx pro program cannot reset the fault...... I can only reset it with my xp computer
It is currently with Enntec who say they cant find a fault ......

Hmmm, have not had such issues with any of my systems. I would make sure in windows "device manager" that the usb ports are NOT allowed to disconnect to save power.

In latter case, you might just have a (FTDI) driver issue.

it works for a while on windows 7 then the green led comes on constant and stops sending dmx.
