Sound to light and multple sequences/submaster

I have a problem with sound-to-light
I've made sequences and putted them in cues. They run fine (multiple sequences/cues at the same time) and they run fine with the submaster function.
When I activate sound-to-light it messes up everything. Sometimes I can't stop running cues in the submaster section. In de cue section, I sometimes can't stop the running sequences and the blocks in front of the sequence line sometimes is not the correct color (i.e. blue when running). Also, sometimes the fixtures do not respond to my command (override) when using the sound-to-light function.
The sensitivity is set at a good level. I've tried it on my laptop and on my desktop computer, but it has the same problems over and over again when using sound-to-light. I'm trying for two days now and i'm really getting tired. What can be my problem?
