i cannot figure out how to get a fixture file for this laser can someone help me out please?

here is the info from the manual
Fixture for LD LD-488C Laser quad apperture: green, red, yellow, violet

7 channels:

ch 1-mode-
0~49- close, laser off
50~99-static patterns of dmx
100~199-dynamic patterns of dmx
150~199-sound active
200~255-auto mode

ch 2-pattern selection-
0~255- 52 static/dynamic patterns

ch 3-position-x-
0~255-adjust position x

ch 4-position Y-
0~255-adjust position Y

ch 5-scanning speed-
0~255- 0 is speedy,255 slow

ch 6-dynamic patterns play speed-
0~255- 0 is speedy,255 slow,10 grade speed

ch 7-static patterns size-
0~255- 0 is small 255 big

Give this a try. I've never configured a laser before so feedback would really be appreciated.

Notes:
The Pan/Tilt window will control the Position X and Position Y adjustments. Not sure this is correct.
There are also a couple of custom sliders to help with Channel 1
