Attached is my attempt.
After you select the fixture click on Window->All (top menu item). In addition to the standard Freestyler sliders this will display the following windows (you might need to move them around in order to see all of them):
Beam
Gobos
Colors
Lamp
Custom Sliders
Pan / Tilt
