Bezier shape over preset position

As far as I understand, the bezier shapes can't be added to a preset position where each fixture would move around it's own "center". The offset is a good thing but if the offset coul'd be the actual or preset position of the fixtures, it would be great so you would select a position and then add the effect to this position. I hope i'm clear...
