Joystick control Moving Head problem

Hello, please could you give me an advice. I would like to control Moving Heads by the joystick. I have succeeded in configuration of everything due to instructions in help. Random position, random colour and everything I choose in the menu. But the move by joystick is only working that way that every click gives only one impulse and the head moves by one step of 256. I have FS 3.6.41. 3.6.37 worked the same. The continuous move. Can anybody give me an advice? Thanks
