FS does not recognise Enttec pro mk2

Hi all, can anyone help?
I can not get FS to recognise Enttec pro mk2 in the midi setup input/output.
I have managed to get FS to control a couple of par lights So I believe USB side of things ok.
Ultimately I want to be able to control a small light show via a FCB1010.
I have already read a couple of posts on this subject but still a bit confused on how to resolve this issue.
New to DMX & first time posting
