QTX MHS-30 LED Mini Moving Head

Hi there,
Recently I picked up 2 of these lights (QTX MHS-30) and found no compatible fixture file for them. I've tried creating one myself but can only get up to making it pan and tilt. I've attached the PDF of the manual if anyone can do it or point me in the right direction as I think these lights are different than the rest.
