Mapping Cuelist Buttons without external software?

Hi Everyone
Before I go and put in a feature request. Does anyone know how to program a controller to control all 4 pages of the cuelist buttons without using pages?
To explain: I have an APC Mini and want to use the 8x8 grid to control the cuelist buttons. Currently, I have not found a way to use macros or send 2 commands without using external translators?
