DMX 400 - Can I use it for static colour control

Hi, I was wondering if I can set up 4 LEDJ Q Colours on the DMX400 control. This is because I want real time control for busking my lights and have used all submasters, overrides and cue buttons. I have tried playing around with it and reading the forum info but cannot see how to do this.
