Feedback problem

Hi! My BCF2000 sends data to Freestyler, but Freestyler don't send feedback to controller. If I move the faders with mouse, the BCF2000's faders doesn't move. When I start Freestyler, or want to select the midi output the message is:
Couldn't open midi out, rc=4
Anyone have some idea where is the problem?
