Release overrides crashes freestyler

We have noticed consistent behaviour - if you have an override running (e.g. for our lasers only), then right-click on those fixtures and choose the Release Overrides option it crashes the entire program. DMX output lost (which in our case means blackout + one of our lights, which has s2l, entering s2l).
Any ideas why?
