I've a LED Strip controller like this: http://goo.gl/BMPkcg.
Is there a way to make 1 strobe control channel (like normal lights) that controls all RGB channels at the same time? Because these controllers don't appear to come in a 4ch version. Thanks!!

please expand:

why do you need 4 channels for RGB which is only 3 channels?

if you want to add strobe function to a dmx controller that doesnt support strobing, you can create a sequence in FS that switches ch 1-3 on and off very fast to appear like strobing.
