Universe 2 a copy of Universe 1

Hy there,
i bought now the new Enttec DMX Pro MK2 wich has 2 Universes (i need for all my fixtures just 1 Universe), now i ask myself if that would it be possible to let the second universe be a copy of universe one?
If that would be possible i dont need any splitter to go left and right of the stage...
Also i want to know how are the best parameter to get an "smooth" show (fade in and outs): i tried now with the new interface with one PAR64 LED 10mm Light, its much smoother than with the Open DMX but not perfect.
Is there a way to get it "smoother"???
