uDMX USB Help

I installed FreeStyler today on a new PC for a customer. I backed up everything and restored it but I can't find the driver for the USB. It has no name on it and only pops up as uDMX in device manager. I can find it all over ebay for $25. It's just a little silver usb stick that connects to the DMX cable.
I would appreciate any help finding a driver for Windows 7 Pro 64bit.

The chances of finding the drivers are slim to none, I'm afraid. I'd advise against buying this sort of dongle as you can have problems, for example driver problems. I'd try and buy a branded dongle if you can.

The other issue is they usually don't have their own microprocessor in them and slave off the CPU. Low performance speeds.

I'm having the same issue. New laptop and having to run my lights sound too light now cus I can't get this drive to work. Help anyone urgently!!

I had an issue when I tried to install with the uDMX drivers. I had to Shift+restart, troubleshoot, advanced, then restarted and selected start without driver signature and it worked fine. I think the order is correct or near enough with the restarting.

I recommend below ArtNet to DMX interface and give up the uDMX.
