Freestyler and Magic View Easy 3D

I tried to manually install Magic View following the tutorial but I can't found the file MEVP_VB.dll on my pc.
Can someone help me?

Does it work without the file?
I don't have it either but my installation works.
Do you get any errors when you open mevp through freestyler?

Yes, it works but it open a demo stage with a set of fixures that I never chose.
When I open the viewer (is the same program) from MyDmy of AmericanDJ I see the fixures that I chose.
Maybe I make some mistakes.
