Master Intensity doesn't work..?

Hello! i'm new here 
!
First of all i'm new to Freestyler and lighting, for so far keep up the good work....
!!
I have a question about the master intensity. I'm starting my lighting with a brand new DMX4ALL interface and 4 Eurolite Led par's 56.
When I try to push one of the four buttons in the master intensity dialog...nothing happens
(they're all selected)
What can be the problem ? Color changes, macros etc. works without problems.
