my laptop say no driver and ive tried to install over and over what do i need to do to make this work

FROM THE DISK THAT CAME WITH THE UDMX CANT FIND IT ANYWHERE ON THE NET GOT ANY IDEAS

just did it doesnt work says samething widows found driver software for your device but error while attemping to install it
same problem i had before what do i do

Then my thoughts would be there is a problem with uDMX and windows 8.1. But that link did work for another member, so make sure it's not your laptop/computer. Scan for virus and malware.

its works ion the other computer i know they is a problem no matter how i load driver it say no driver thats what i need help figuring out what to do

its brand new laptop pulled out of box and started seting it up for this
