I've been using this myself for quite some time, so here you go.
Gobo's, colors etc all functioning. It is a rather simple fixture.

Don't forget to change channel 1 (color) to something higher than 28, otherwise the fixture will stay off.
If it is off, it doens't even respond to DMX, and it ignores pan/tilt (channel 3&4).
