Does some one have this fixture already?

Hi I'm a lighting guy at my church and we've just ordered ourselves some LED lights and are just getting into using FreeStyler to control it through a DMX controller.
I've done a bit of looking around and others seem to have these lights:

Yes I have started looking into creating my own fixture files but I do consider myself a beginner as these are my first steps into using computer programmes to manage lights as previously we've just used an analog desk to manage some flood lights and a couple cans.
We've ordered in these and they don't seem to have a direct "brand" per se.
I also have the manuals for them if people were able to create a fixture file for them.
