Who can help me to know the software better nearby Utrecht?

Is there anyone near by Utrecht (the Netherlands) who knows a lot about this application? I need a sort of sort training as soon as possible. I tried to figure it out with tutorials but it takes too much time. Who knows a lot about this application? Please send me a pm or reply on this topic.
