How can access the fixture creator of freestyleer 3.4.6?

Hi, I'm Eduardo, I have 22 and I make some mounts truss and some electricity, they let me control some dmx, I have never driven dmx, buy the controller and have the freestyler 4.3.6, some teams are not in bookstores, I know I must use the fixture creator but not how to open it or access it, read and read and do not know how to start since I have data sheets for them. (sorry I do not speak English)
Does the fixture creator is always included or should I lower it?
