Dmx400 not starting now

I just installed freestyler on my new pc (win7). I opened it and now dmx400 will not open. I click the icon and nothing happens. I have 8 fixtures set up on channels 1-8. What's going on it works fine on my old pc.

You can try to reset the window positions (top menue Windows -> Reset windows positions), maybe there got something wrong.
