Write DMX Data Directly from Freestyler to a Comport

Hey Guys...
My Name is Flo, I am form germany and I´m new here.
So here is my Question.
I have a Mainboard witch includes a RS-485 Port. So is it possible to send DMX data directly form Freestyler to this port?
This Port is Programmable like a standard COM-Port on a mainboard, but with a jumper, you can switch the port form a RS-232 to a RS-485 Port.
The Mainboardtype is Commell LV-67D

On Page 31 you can see the Com-Port Settings
