I know tons of lights work with it but if I were to go to a store that sells lights, what should I look for on the box so I know it'll work with FreeStyler?

It depends on what you are trying to create, but you can pretty much run anything.

Any light well work? Even one I don't see in the "Add Fixtures" window?

Everything I see that's in the "Add Fixtures" window and I want, I can't find purchasable on the internet.

There's so many DMX lights I see on amazon that don't appear in the "Add Fixture" window.

You can get someone to help you create a fixture for you or have ago yourself, so don't feel you can't buy it just because it's not in the fixture library. We updated the library every 2 months with new fixture releases here, so yours could be in there in the future.

You can request fixtures here: viewforum.php?f=79
Library updates here: viewtopic.php?f=23&t=4528
