Need Help not sure what is wrong

Hi Group, I am new here and new to computer controlled dmx ligthing. I have used these lights for years with a hardware controller without issue, but want to switch to computer based control to increase capabilities and not have to carry the hardware controller anymore. I have gotten off to a good start, I have only set up 3 fixtures so far just to get the feel of it before I add more. I am using 2 Chauvet Colorstrip minis and one Chauvet Swarm4. I am using the profiles I have downloaded here. When I click on each fixture separately and go thru the channels they all behave normally; I have set up some scenes this way and so far so good. The problems arise when I go to cue the scenes and run them that the fixtures start to not respond or change values. I also am not able to use the black out function? The only way I can get a black out was to create a scene for it. I am running version 3.5.5, windows 7, 8 gb ram, intel core i5, DMXKing ultradmx micro. Thanks for any help you can give.

It seems the fixture causing any problems would be the Swarm 4. Reading up on LTP and HTP modes I wonder if there is a setting on the fixture that needs to be adjusted?

I would double check the fixture files and make sure they are correctly made. If you want you could also make your own and then you know it's done correctly to the way you wish.

I have gotten the black outs to work! The fixtures are behaving pretty well, the only issue I am having now is when I run a series of scenes in the cue. Some of my strobe setting are carrying over to the next scene when the light should be not strobe. Is this an error in my scene setup with the fade or snap setting (I thought i used snap)or in the way the cue manager transitions the scenes? Thanks again for any help.

It could be either, so just double check your setup and cue's to make sure it's not a programming error or anything like that.

OK, I just created some new scenes and made sure that all buttons were set to snap when I created them. When I put these few scenes into the cue and start to run them I have issues with the strobing. For example: scene 1 is color strips on steady red, swarm4 rotating random color change, scene 2 colorstrips white and strobing, swarm is off, the next scene should be colorstrips blue steady with swarm random color change, (The colorstrips continue to strobe just now in blue, swarm is fine), my next scene should be swarm only strobing amber, (this is fine) next scene should be colorstrips on steady green with swarm random color chase only now the colorstrips are still strobing green and now the swarm is strobing as well when it shouldnt be. Any ideas? is there a setting in the cue that is overriding my snaps? Thanks again for any help.

I may not have upload privileges? Can I email you the files? They are the files I downloaded on the fixture forum, I only tweaked them to set the shutter channel for blackout.

I sent an email yesterday, it might be in your spam folder?

Apologizes as I came in late Saturday evening from helping friends move house. So didn't check my email and I don't appear to have any emails from you?

EDIT
I've seen the fixture in the fixture library and it appears there is a few issues I can see, from my thoughts anyway. I'll redo the fixture for the SWARM 4 and then upload it to see if it solves your problem.
