ADJ Spherion tri-led

I need a fixture profile for the ADJ Spherion Tri-LED. A simple light but there seems to be no freestyler profile for it. Can someone help me out? Thanks ;)

Just created one with Version 3.5.5. Hopefully, pictures are included in the pff file.
