Help with 6 channel LED Par (DJ LIGHT SUPPLY)

I am new to Freestyler and this forum so my apologies if this has already been covered
I have a fixture that is fairly easy to create in fixture creator and I can get all of the functions to work properly, however , some of the global controls wont work and I could use help figuring out a solution. The issue Im having is with the lamp window and strobe function. The fixture has 6 channels 1=Red, 2=Green, 3=Blue, 4=Strobe on/off, 5=Auto, 6=Speed (0 slow-255 fast). Channel four only turns the strobe function on/off but doesn't control speed. Channel 6 only controls speed but cant stop the strobe. Is there a way to setup the fixture so that it knows that channel four has to be set to 28 in order for the strobe to function and let Channel 6 control speed. I did some experimenting and could kinda get it to work , but it caused my blackout function to stop working when I set channel four as shutter(which has no closed position) PLEASE HELP
