Disasterous results when learing 'Time Scheduler'

Hi All,
I have been trying to learn and get to use 'Time Scheduler' however things are not going too well but I now understand I cant do what I need to when trying to introduce it when using Cue List Buttons (CLB). So I have decided to can it for now.
Unfortunately all the cues I have on the buttons now react to the timer which on the cue list on the left hand side continues to step through the cues and is causing what I did have to become chaos.
I have turned everything off i.e. enabling timing on PC etc and also restored from a back up however still the cue list steps through. I cant even select a pre made scene on the submaster and get it to play until the cue list steps through to it.
Can anyone please help....??????
