Submit out of range

Hi,
I know that there have been talk about this problem earlier, but now i don't have any ideas how to solve this. Every time i try to open sequence creator, there come "submit out of range", and i can't do any sequence... I don't know anymore what to do!
I have tried to restore everything, and no help..
