Swap pars without affecting chase pattern sequences [Solved]

In my show I've reorganized in hardware to fix issues and now trying to clean up my freestyler controls to match the hardware in terms of par colors not operation.
So for example, on my left bank top to bottom in freestyler, its:
BLUE - 4
GREEN - 3
YELLOW - 2
RED - 1
So now I want:
RED - 1
YELLOW - 2
GREEN - 3
BLUE - 4
So when I reassign the par locations in fixture setup, to match, when I run the cue, I expected the orders to shift on the outputs, but they didn't, position 4 is the starting point which was once blue now red, should be starting as red in the same position 1, but it isn't its firing the blue which is now on the bottom.
So I guess I'm asking, I have over a couple of hundreds steps that I showed in the video, so I don't want to have to start over by making this simple order change....
What can I do to fix this?

I think I meant to say chase sequence not cue....but same deal....anyone??....

I don't quite understand what you're saying? You saying you want an bounce effect chase sequence? So it goes down in order then bounces back?

No, I've programmed the chase patterns where fixture (DMX) 4 was red, 3 was yellow, 2 was green, and 1 was blue.
Now they are reversed ( in freestyler fixture setup), 1 is red, 2 is yellow, 3 is green, 4 is blue.....but when I run the sequences, the position of where ......say blue is.....it is still lighting up the blue instead of red. So I need to have the software "swap" them since that is how the hardware is now set up.

Im sure there is a a tool within freestyler to do this, no pc at mo to find it.

hi some how it looks realy strange why you did this..
but thats no point for now..
but if you go to the freestyler setup -> prefence -> patch..
here you can change the output channel..
if you look, all the channels looks like this 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15....512
you need to change channel 1,2,3 and 4 to this..
4 3 2 1 5 6 7 8 9 10............512
now fs will ouput channel 4 on 1, 3 on 2, 2 on 3 and 1 on 4...

Yeah that saves my butt........!!! Thanks Spirit.
It was done this way because I had a vision of how it should have looked when I started to learn this app. When I was happy with the simulation of it, I then went into hardwiring it, but then changed the hardwire to software locations....so I'm trying to fix the mistake.
Your solution works great. Eventually I will re-sort it all out, but for now, this is a quick fix to make it work correctly.
