American DJ Scan 250EX lamp wont turn on.

I just got Freestyler but i have Trouble with my American Dj Dj Scan 250ex.
I can controll Pan and Tilt but the lamp will not turn on. I got the JMS USB2DMX Interface. Everything works fine ecxept the Scanner. What can I do to make it work? With DMXControl i can turn the lamp on with Channel 5 on value 255. But i need Freestyler for better live Performance.

The latest version of FS does not come with a fixture profile for the 250EX (5 DMX channels). It does however come with a fixture profile for an earlier version (4 channels).
Did you create your own fixture profile of did you find one somewhere else (if so please post a link)?
I can check the fixture profile to see if its correct.

OK...took me this long to work out I have to Zip the files first before it will allow me to attach them...dope!

Hej Kings.
Use the Export function. ".pff" file instead of ".fxt" file
Then you don't have upload images, gobo and so on.
They are all packed in the "pff" file.
