Hi guys new to the forum I'm trying to find a recaller for DMX in a wall plate style that can alter the scenes/chases by sound ? I have found a couple that can store the scenes uploaded via freestyler but can't seem to find one that has a mic in it, our customers will have a fixed install and we need to make it very simple for them to operate and just give them buttons to press. I was going to use the RACK but the new layout will have our 27 ru rack located in a location no where near where they will be standing ( architect makes life hard). Any suggestions on types of controllers that have this feature without going into a console (they stuff it up a lot in past installs where we have used a console) ?

couple of alternatives.

Freestyler running in the rack, touchscreen monitor at the required location, you could use vga over cat5 for long runs.

android/ios tablet with remote or osc software to control fs via wireless

use an ipac and create a simple controller, 12 buttons on a double socket blanking plate would fit nicely.

The touch screen may work as we have a hp touchscreen pc at the location running arkaos for the video wall. But is there something in freestyler where only buttons available to end user ?
