Hello everybody,

I just purchased a Enttec Open USB DMX interface that i want to use with Freestyler. But there's a problem with it.

When i select the interface in the setup page of freestyler the program give an error "Open Failed" en closed the setup page. Sometime's it work, but most of the time not.

What have i tryed:

Installing latest (windows) driver version 2.0.28 (and checked if runs)
Installing driver version 2.0.24 from the Enttec website (and checked if runs)
Tried on other USB ports and another computer.

Both computer that i used for testing have Windows 7 64bit (legal!) operating systems.

Can anybody help?

Yesterday i tried the Enttec Open USB o two other computers (Intel D2.8 with Win7 x86 and a Dual Pentium 3 1.0 with WinXP Pro) but still i got the same "Open Failed" message. I pretty sure the problem lays within FreeStyler because other DMX software works perfect.

Can you help me? I would like to use FreeStyler!

here you can add a Bug report and the devolper will take a look at it.

4 Days ago i opened a new issue in the bug trackers list. But is there something wrong with it becuase i still don't have any reaction?

hi take the time for this as the Devolper is just ONE person that puts all his Free time in it.
