Is BCF2000 the best choice? cf Novation Remote Zero SL Mk II

Hi folks,
I don't know if this forum discourages the "is X better than Y" sort of post, but I'd like some comment on the best choice of external MIDI controller for FS. Looking at bang for buck (value for money) and usefulness, as well as integration with FS.
The main one I've seen here is the Behringer BCF2000 (with motorized faders), but for similar money, there's the
Novation Remote Zero SL MK II

This has "scribble strips", the LCD screens above each fader. Can FreeStyler update these screens (MIDI output) to show what each fader is set to?
Are there any recommendations for controller - either one of these or something else that's not too much more money?
I saw the Elation MidiCon, which is a lighting-specific controller for about double the price:

Thanks!
