I found a program but you need a commodore for it and i know a program but you need to buy it and you need to put an card in your computer
Is there some software thsta free to use?

As far as i know you will require an interface being a simple dmx interface to access on board patterns or ilda to create your own.
But this also depends on which format your laser if any supports.

The only way to make your own designs is through ILDA and will require a usb to ilda interface and a laser the accepts it.
They usually cost a lot of money, generally into the thousands range.
Dmx will allow you to customize pattenrs in terms of size, rotation blackout etc.
And again your laser must able to accommodate this.

Not really thousands:

Althrough you can't control it with DMX, only USB output from computer.
