starting and stopping preset queues

Hello everyone. Newbie question, I'm getting on with the software, I think its excellent. Just a few little issues though.
When using the queue sub presets, a queue starts running but I then can't stop it. I've tried closing the box but it still continues to run. The queue is running on TIME markers.
I'm using latest version on XP, Velleman and Light Jockey Visualiser. I'm controlling 12 Roboscan 812, 25 LED PARS plus a variety of other effects(smoke machines, lasers etc).
