Fades in scene

I am having trouble getting fixtuers to fade out and into and the next color selection.
This on a ADJ 64pro Using as three channels RGB. I thought All I had to do was select my color, select the fade time and scene time and the next color. Well my scene runs fine and as planed, just no fade out or to the next color choice. How do I do that?
