Joystick sensitivity problem

Hello we are two students from the Ludgercollege in The Netherlands,

we are responsable for light and sound at our school.
We are using Freestyler for a of couple months now, but faced a problem (our first because it's a great programm ).
We wanted to control our moving heads with a joystick, an old Logitech joystick, but we noticed that the sensitivity was way to high. If you touch the controller, the moving head is already touching the ceiling.
We tried to adjust this by downloading some external drivers from Logitech, but we couldn't see the difference after all.
Is there a solution to adjust this sensitivity in FreeStyler itself?
Or maybe adjust this joystick to become a speed controller?

I made a small wiki description on the joystick and I also noted that it is almost impossible to use as many of the moving heads moves 540 – 640 degrees with dmx values form 0 to 255.
This means that the light fly’s around when you touch the stick.
I have made an issue in the bug tracker whist you eventually can add a comment to. Hopefully that may raise the priority. 0000438

I have tried to use it as follow spot and was so lucky that the persons which I had to follow was using a well-defined path.
I think I made a lot of 1 scene sequences and added them to the override buttons so I manually could step the light along the path and on the scene I had a wide area covered with light.

Yeah, I found this out when I first used a joystick for my moving heads. It didn't go so well at all so I unplugged it and haven't used it since, but I'll be sure to add a comment on your bug report, Jan_k
