hi every one first time on fs its great to me but i have abroblem i control moving head roby i can move it but cant open the lamp ...i m read the manual and get steps and steel problem..plz help me my show next week

Hey,
So you say you can't open the lamp? Are you sure you have the right fixture and everything? All connected properly?

Hey,
My guess would be that you have the wrong fixture or somewhere along the line the dmx address is wrong for the lamp, either the MH needs to be in a different mode (different channel mode) or it's been made incorrectly in fixture creator. Have a look at your manual for your MH and see if what mode it needs to be, if you dont have one find it on google.

Just a small comment.
If you can control the pan and tilt correct then the movinghead are on the correct address and you have control.
There may be an intensity channel or color channel that are to be set at the same time. It is not allways enough just to open the shutter.
Do you have any name on the moving head.

Hej again
I just had a quick look in the manual. (Color spot 575 at)
The fixture in Freestyler is the 29 channels mode "Mode 3"
This means that you have to check that your moving head also is set to mode 3.
You can also check that your MH is working correct by setting it in test mode.
In test mode it should open shutter, shift color and gobos and so on.
And. No registration code. It's a freeware.
