Submasters on faders, sequence keeps running

Hello again.
I have my show almost ready for use and I am testing and learning how to run it live.
I have a few problems still, one of the more annoying is the following:
I have 2 BCF2000's setup so that I have sequences for my moving heads and scanners on the 8 faders on the BCF2000. I have set the submasters to "Fader start stop control" so I can run a sequence by just raising the fader. This all works just fine, except that quite often when I pull one fader all down and raise another the first one does not stop the sequence. Then I have to raise the same fader just a little and lower it again, then it stops. It does not help to pull the fader because it is all the way down, but somehow it seems that the value is not updated to the submaster if I pull it all down too fast or something.
Is this something someone has noticed ?
Another issue I still have is that the feedback of MIDI-signals tom my second BCF2000 is not working. When I select a toggle button on the first BCF the LED lights and stays on, the same function on the second BCF just blinks the LED. The function works just fine, but the LED not.
