Keyboard shortcuts

Hey,
I'm trying to configure my keyboard shortcuts but having a bit of trouble with it, so wondered if anyone could help me at all? I was wondering if there was a default one at all? If not, then is it possible for someone to upload there's and help me out as I'm trying to configure them for a quick and easy use for a show i'm doing.
I know there's no "easy easy" option but just trying to make it easy for things sure as override buttons, so that I don't have to sit there and count through the buttons and then press the right button if you get me? How do you do it quick in the middle of a show?
Just never used them before as I'm bit nervous of pressing wrong one, then it messing the show up.
