First, I'm using Chauvet Intimidator LED Spot 150's.

I've followed the Submaster tutorial, and I'm having a problem making the lamp turn on (or the shutter open, however you prefer) when I play back sequences, either directly from the submasters or from the cue buttons.

The shutter and strobe are on the same channel (channel 7), and the dimmer is on channel 8. There is no lamp channel for the fixture.

Any tips or suggestions?

Just a stupid question.

Have you set the fader next to the submaster to 100%
If not set all the submaster faders to 100%. This may also be necesarry you just run a cue without using submasters
