error in ChkExeExist(); generic failure

Hi just made a clean install of my computer, win 7 64bit, when i starting freestyler i get this message "error in ChkExeExist(); generic failure" what can i have done wrong ?

Also have this message in the same environment - everything works fine though..

How is this solved?
I can't find any record in the bug system and this topic doesn't provide an actual solution

I thought they submitted a bug report but I misread it. Apologies
