Recording Invert Pan Tilt

I've created two sets of sequences for my moving heads using the shape generator. One has normal pan/tilt while another sequence had inverse pan/tilt on some heads.

I noticed that the sequence did not record the inverse pan tilt state. Did I do something wrong or is there another way to do this? Thanks.
