I have bought a device from China and the manual came with the following configuration:
Channel: 1
Function: Dimmer
Values DMX: 0-255
Effect: Line 01

Channel: 2
Function: Dimmer
Values DMX: 0-255
Effect: Line 02

Channel: 3
Function: Dimmer
Values DMX: 0-255
Effect: Line 04

Channel: 4
Function: Dimmer
Values DMX: 0-255
Effect: Line 05

Channel: 5
Function: Dimmer
Values DMX: 0-255
Effect: Line 06

Channel: 6
Function: Dimmer
Values DMX: 0-255
Effect: Line 08

Channel: 7
Function: Dimmer
Values DMX: 0-255
Effect: Line 07

Channel: 8
Function: Dimmer
Values DMX: 0-255
Effect: Line 03

Can someone help me out on creating the fixture device?

There is not much info in this.

You can download the generic.zip from the post bellow and then import the 8 channnel fixture.

With the 8 channel fixture you will have 8 sliders in the right side of freestyler.

Move the sliders and record what happens. You will need that to create a fixture.
