Elation Platinum Spot 5R

Hi,
Can someone please check to see if this is correct so far. I don't have my Platinum spot 5R's with me currently. I'll be able to test them this weekend.
I wanted to see if someone can look at the fixture profile and see if I have entered the correct values so far, or tell me what I have done wrong and maybe enter the correct values for me and upload the corrected file.
Link to the manual.

I appreciate any help you can provide with this.

Thanks

I followed the fixture creator tutorial as best as I could, but I am confused about some the fields.
I know I haven't added any pictures for the colors or the gobo's yet. I'm still working on getting all of them.

hi this looks allmost correct there are some little fault.
Pan/ tilt seems to be Oke only the Range is a bit strange as the manual says it should be Pan = 540 and Tilt = 270
Color seems to be OK
Rotating Gobo isnt correct should be
GoboCH.1 = 7
Gobo ROT.1 = 8
Fixed gobo
GoboCH. 2 = 10
prism
prism channel = 12 Min =0 and Max = 127
Prism Rotating = 13 OK
Focus
OK
Shutter
Shutter channel = 7 Open =50 closed = 0
Strobo = OK
Dimmer
OK
iris
Iris channel = 20 Min=0 Max= 191
Frost
frost channel = 22 min=0 max=191
and all the other stuff seems fine
and on the Channel descriptions you see all the black fields.
on the black field you can add the same name as you see on the Manual this way you know which channel you dragging if you open de slider window on freestyler.

Thanks Spirit.
I'll make the necessary changes as mentioned above. I was confused with the values listed for Pan Movement in the manual it say's Pan Movement By 540/630 so I wasn't sure what range to enter, and I ended up entering a value between 540/630 range.
Am I missing any other channels, or info for this fixture, as far as you can see from the manual?

nope all the neccesary channels are there.
and i'm also not realy sure about the Pan range but 540 is the most used range for moveing heads so i think that will be the correct one.
and as i mentiond all the info above, Gobopics, Colorpics, and Fixture picture but you allready sad you will do that.
just make the new corections and upload the fixture again so i can take a second look at it.

Hej guys
It has to be 540 as default.
page 25, Personality, Status Settings, Pan Degree, 630/540.
It is default 540 but can be chaged to 630.
djsandeep@:
You said that you got confused in the tutorial.
Please teel us where. It don't have to be a long explenation.
We just want to improve.

I meant I was confused with the Manual of the fixture, not the tutorial.
The Platinum spot 5R manual has Pan Movement By 540/630 written in it, so I wasn't sure what value to use.

So it looks like I have completed the fixture file for the Elation Platinum Spot 5R.
If someone has these fixtures, can they try it out and let me know if all the functions work or not?
If I made a mistake please let me know what I did wrong so I can correct it.
I won't be able to test it on my lights until Sunday, so appreciate any input you can provide.
MODS, please look at the file and see if I made any mistakes with the values, or channels.
Thanks

Hej again.
Just had a quick look at the fixture.
In the "Channel description" tab there are channel 8 and 10 set to 255 as default.
In the manual it is the gobo wheel continous rotating.
Think they are to be 0.
Also not all the description are filled in.
5: Color 1, OK 6: Color 2, should be Color 1 Fine and so on.
But else looks nice.

Thanks everyone for all your help.
Jan_K I made the changes you mentioned above. Here is the updated fixture profile.
Again I haven't tested this yet and I won't be able to test it until Sunday, so any feedback would be appreciated.
MODS please remove the previous attachments of this file so there is less confusion.

@ Spirit, I had the same issue when I launched freestyler after I uploaded the last file to the forum. So I took one of the previous files I had uploaded and made all the necessary changes and now I am able to use this fixture profile. I tried it on 2 different computers and it opens fine.
Here is the latest and hopefully Final copy of this fixture profile.
MODS: Please delete all the previous versions of this file that I uploaded so we have less confusion.
