App doesnt want to connect

Hi there,
a few minutes ago I downloaded the App for my ipodtouch. I did the ipconfig allready and typed in my internal ip-address but it always sais : Error occured.
I have disabled my firewall and tried again and it still didnt work. does any one know how to set this up?
I hope you can help me
