FS keep closing when using 3d

Need some help: I am using freestyler if i want to use the 3d visualizer , freestyler needs to close ,and i have to re start freestyler,then if I want to do any changes to my fixtures like adding o erasing ,and then do the same changes in the 3d visualizer the program close, and when I re start it ,starts like none changes was made...now I cannot even open the 3d visualizer because shuts the program down.
I am using windows xp, and my laptop meets the minimum specs required by freestyler.
This is the 3rd time that this happens and cannot find a solution since if I uninstall and reinstall everything again eventually the same thing happen again,and the worse thing is that always happens on Fridays ,a day before a show!!
Please I need some help, Pleasee anybody?
